BM Kadın Ankara ofisi Proje Asistanı, Proje Ortağı ve Proje Yöneticisi aramaktadır. Başvuracak adayların Sosyal Bilimler, Siyaset Bilimi ya da ilgili alanlardan mezun olmaları ve iyi derecede İngilizce bilmeleri gerekmektedir. Sözleşme süresi 1 (bir) yıl olarak yapılacaktır. Seçilen adayların işe başlama tarihi olarak 01 Eylül 2014 planlanmaktadır. Son başvuru tarihi 29 Ağustos 2014’tür.
Project Manager:
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of relevant project activities. This also includes regular contact and information sharing about the progress towards expected project results with the stakeholders; regular monitoring and reporting on the results achieved to donor. The Project Manager will directly report to the UN Women Regional Office based in Istanbul. The Project Manager will directly supervise Project Associate and Project Assistant who will be hired in his/her support by UN Women.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Graduate level qualification in related field (social sciences, political science or related subjects);
  • Full computer literacy and excellent fluency in English and Turkish;
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Cycle Management;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with relation to implementation of women’s empowerment related projects;
  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience on working with central or local decision-makers;
  • Experience with UN system and procedures (i.e., procurement, contracting, communication and other financial issues).

Project Associate:
Project Associate will directly report to the UN Women Project Manager in Ankara and work closely with the UN Women Regional Office based in Istanbul.
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:
  • University degree (social sciences, political science or related subjects) with supplemental training in gender issues, administration and finance;
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience;
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal;
  • Teamwork, a collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve established goals;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in taxing situations without losing focus on the objectives and priorities;
  • Ability to respect individual/cultural differences;
  • Capacity to respond constructively to feedback and correction;
  • Client-oriented readiness to provide support based on knowledge about the needs of counterparts;
  • Excellent computer skills (with, at the very least: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri Destek Ortağı ve Yönetici Asistanı İş İlanı

UNOCHA Gaziantep Ofisinde çalışmak üzere Yönetici Asistanı ve Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri Destek Ortağı aranmaktadır. Adayların iyi derecede İngilizce ve Türkçe biliyor olmaları gerekmektedir. Sözleşme süresi süresi 1 (bir) yıl olarak planlanmaktadır. Son başvuru tarihi 25 Ağustos 2014‘tür.
UNOCHA-ICT Support Associate:
Background: 
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Administrative and Finance Officer, the ICT Support Associate  provides ICT and related operational support services to the OCHA Office, including daily technical support to users of information management tools and technological infrastructure. The ICT Support Associate promotes a client-oriented approach.
The ICT Support Associate works in close collaboration with the Front Office, Management, Programme and Operations teams in the Gaziantep and OCHA HQ staff for resolving complex ICT-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience: 
Education: Secondary Education.  University Degree in Computer Science desirable, but it is not a requirement. Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) required. If certification is not available at the time of recruitment, it should be obtained within 6 months.
Experience: 7 years of working experience in network administration and use of hardware/software, telecommunications facilities, knowledge of database packages, experience in web design.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Turkish Required.

UNOCHA – Administrative & Executive Assistant:

Background:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Officer / Snr. Administrative Associate, the Administrative Assistant provides support to office operations performing a variety of standard administrative processes ensuring high quality and accuracy of work. The Administrative Assistant promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach.
The Administrative Assistant works in close collaboration with the Operations, Programme and projects staff in the CO and other UN agencies staff to exchange information and ensure consistent service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience: 
Education: Secondary education.  Certification in administration desirable.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in administration or programme support service. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems. Working knowledge of UN Administration regulations is required. Working Knowledge of Gaizantep is an advantage. Previous work experience in an emergency setting is an asset.
Language Requirements: Fluency in the UN and national language of the duty station.
